Interner Summit Africa 2022 (AIS'22)

The non-profit Shadowserver Foundation has been collecting network threat information on a big-data scale for many years with a mission to make the Internet a more secure environment. The collected data is shared with 132+ National CSIRTs covering 174 countries and territories and 7000+ organizations worldwide via the Shadowserver free daily threat feeds and used to support various law enforcement investigations. This talk will give an overview of how Shadowserver operates, what data it collects and the free services Shadowserver offers the Internet defender community, with a focus on the African region.
